RETURN POLICY

Our policy is valid to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from anywhere else then please contact them directly. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase, 

Email us at hello@spectrasculpt.com to start the return process.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product must be unopened

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must be unused

 

All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we unfortunately can not issue a refund.

PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?

This can happen from time to time during the shipping process. Please email us and we will help to make it right and get you a replacement immediately.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

RETURN SHIPPING

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise authorization. Please note: assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase.

International customers must return with shipping mark DDP. Any duties/tax that may apply from the return shipment crossing the border will be deducted from the refund.

It is the responsibility of the sender to pay for the shipping costs with regards to the items that you wish to return (excluding warranty). Please note, that we will not refund any of the shipping costs or tax payed.

Please note that if a customer refuses their order, the refund will be subject to deductions for all shipping costs, including returns, and any applicable taxes or duties paid.

Please provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. SPECTRA SCULPT does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned. Forward tracking details to hello@spectrasculpt.com

Ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, we then may reject a refund.

Please allow 5-10 business days to inspect your product. If purchased directly from SPECTRA SCULPT and if a refund is applicable, credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.
